STRAWBERRIES IQF

Physical Characteristics:

IQF Strawberries of COPRAMAR is a 100% natural food, without additives or preservatives of any type. It is a fresh and healthy product; it maintains the color of the variety, with tender and soft texture, smell and flavor, typical characteristics of Fresh Strawberries.

Season:

November – March

Once the strawberries are harvested and the peduncles are removed they are taken to the plant. The fruit is washed and organized. Then the IQF freezing process starts. Once the strawberries come out from the freezing process they are calibrated and re-order. Finally they are packed according to the customer needs. The final product passes through the metal detector before being labeled. The whole process is carried out according to the international requirements of the Food Industry.

RASPBERRIES IQF

Physical Characteristics:

Copramar IQF raspberries are a 100% natural food, without additives or preservatives of any kind.

Season:

December – March

Raspberries are harvested and moved into the plant immediately. Then they are pre-cooled and frozen IQF. Afterwards, they are sorted and packaged according to each customer needs. The final product passes through the metal detector before being labeled and the whole process is carried out according to the international requirements of the Food Industry.

MIX IQF

Physical Characteristics:

COPRAMAR IQF Mix is ​​a 100% natural food, without additives or preservatives of any kind. It is a fresh and healthy product, maintaining the color of the varieties that compose it, with a tender and smooth texture, smell and flavor typical of fresh berries.

Season:

November – March

Once all the berries are harvested (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries), they are taken to the plant: some of them are washed, cut and selected. Then the freezing process begins. Once the berries come out, they are selected again, packing in the proportions according to the client’s needs. The final product passes through the metal detector before being labeled. The entire process is carried out in accordance with the international requirements of the Food Industry.

BLUEBERRIES IQF

Physical Characteristics:

COPRAMAR IQF blueberries are a 100% natural food, without additives or preservatives of any kind. It is a fresh and healthy product, maintaining the color of the variety, with earth and soft texture, smell and flavor typical of fresh Blueberries.

Season:

December – March

Once the blueberries are harvested, they are taken to the plant: they are detached from their stem, washed and selected. Then the IQF freezing process begins. Once the blueberries come out, they are calibrated and selected again, packing according to the client’s needs. The final product passes through the metal detector before being labeled. The entire process is carried out in accordance with the international requirements of the Food Industry.

Season:

October – December

The product is made from healthy and clean crops, with typical characteristics of the Asparagus officinalis L species. Uniform, green color, characteristic flavor and smell. The process consists of washing, cutting, selection, blanching, freezing and packaging. All stages comply with good manufacturing practices. Storage takes place at -20º C.

KIWI IQF

Physical Characteristics:

COPRAMAR IQF kiwis are a 100% natural food, without additives or preservatives of any kind. It is a fresh and healthy product, maintaining the color of the variety, with a tender and smooth texture, smell and flavor typical of fresh Kiwis.

Season:

April – June

Once the kiwis are harvested, they are peeled and taken to the plant: they are washed, selected and cut. Then the IQF freezing process begins. Once the kiwis come out, they are selected again and packed according to the customer’s needs. The final product passes through the metal detector before being labeled. The entire process is carried out in accordance with the international requirements of the Food Industry.

BLACKBERRY IQF

Copramar IQF blackberries are a 100% natural food, without additives or preservatives of any kind. It is a fresh and healthy product, maintaining the color of the variety, with a soft earth and texture, smell and flavor, typical of this fruit in its natural state.

Season:

Cultivation: December – January | Wild: February – March

The blackberries are brought to the plant and processed immediately. These are washed, trimmed and sorted. Subsequently, the IQF freezing process begins and they are selected before packaging according to the needs of each client. Each cardboard box passes through the metal detector and is finally tagged. All production is carried out in accordance with current international requirements of the Food Industry.

GRAPE THOMPSON IQF
